Description
This is a raw cookie fudge type of cake with a soft chocolate and caramel cream filling. The cake has a rich texture and flavour. The chocolate layers are made of a gooey almond cookie base and they are filled with a rich chocolate cream caramel. The cake is decorated with native blooms.
