Join us for a fun Cook, Sip & Dine event where you’ll not only enjoy a delicious meal but also learn the art of making gluten-free roti from scratch!
We will be preparing a classic Indian feast of Aloo Gobi (spiced potatoes and cauliflower) and cucumber raita with freshly cooked roti.
Here’s what to expect:
Cook together: Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn from our expert chefs as we make roti, aloo gobi, and raita from start to finish, at a relaxed pace.
BYO drinks: Bring your favourite drink to sip and enjoy during the experience! Whether it’s wine, beer, or a fun mocktail, we’ll be cooking and sipping all evening.
Bottomless masala chai: Enjoy endless cups of traditional masala chai to warm your soul. We’ll also have a selection of teas and tasty nibbles.
Dinner together: After cooking, we’ll sit down and enjoy the feast we’ve prepared together—good food, great company, and fun memories.
A sweet ending: To complete the experience, we’ll serve a light dessert to enjoy alongside your meal—because no feast is complete without a little something sweet!

- A recipe booklet with all the recipes we cook together, so you can recreate the dishes at home.

This event contributes to 10 hours of meaningful employment for our team and supports our mission to donate 5,000 micronutrient-fortified meals for children under 5 in Rwanda, Malawi, Kenya, and Tanzania.
