Our delicious cashew chocolate fudge cookies are sandwiched with a luxurious espresso and salted caramel cream, then dipped in chocolate and drizzled with more chocolate and silver flecks.These sandwiches are a little GIANT and they are a beautiful, indulgent treat to celebrate all the fathers, single dads, adoptive dads, step dads, uncles, grandfathers and all the other loving father figures in our lives.
The cookies are baked and are buckwheat and cashew based, with house made chocolate and coconut sugar. The espresso caramel cream is cashew based and made with organic, fair trade La Jacoba espresso beans, direct from the coffee farmers’ co-op.
Our Father’s Day cookie sandwiches are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher. They are locally made with wholesome ingredients and need to be stored in the fridge.

Please note that each cookie sandwich is handmade and uniquely decorated, and there are variations from one cookie to another. These cookie sandwiches are available for pick up between 29 August – 10 September only.
