Gift Card

Description

Please note that the below terms apply:

1. Chris’ Kitchen gift cards may only be redeemed against purchases on our online store and are not valid at any third party Chris’ Kitchen stockists, in our cafe or for future events.
2. A digital gift card can be used towards a purchase simply by entering the gift card code during checkout in the coupon code box.
3. Digital gift cards cannot be used to buy another digital gift card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. A digital gift card may be used in conjunction with a credit or debit card to complete payment on an order, where the order value is higher than the balance of the gift card.
5. Digital gift cards ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by email to the customer email address specified at the time of order.
6. Our digital gift cards are valid for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase, after which the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
7. A digital gift card should be treated as cash. Chris’ Kitchen is not responsible if a digital gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, and is under no obligation to provide a replacement or refund payment in these circumstances. Should you lose your Chris’ Kitchen digital gift card please contact hello@chriskitchen.com.au and we will do all we can to help.
8. When ordering a digital gift card, your email address and the recipient’s email address must be entered correctly. Chris’ Kitchen cannot be held responsible if the email addresses are entered incorrectly or if errors are made during the purchase.
