Description
This is a raw cheesecake type of cake in a classic vanilla and coconut combination, with house made strawberry jam filling. It has a creamy, soft texture and a fresh, tart pop of flavour from the jam. It is decorated with coconut shreds, mini vanilla berry bliss balls and dry strawberries.
